Default G-Force High Per Chip

I found this site http://www.gfchips.com/. They have "High Performance" chips for $69. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this chip or possibly has one? Thanks.

I aint even gotta look. $69 for any chip is bogus. The term "chip" in general is pretty much bogus. You need to look for a Tuner. they run about $300. I reccomend Superchips

Haha this is not a chip at all. It is a $1 part from radioshack wrapped in a fancy plastic box. Use the search for powerwire. Weedahoe has an excellent video how to build one youself in less than 5 mins. If you want pm me your address and ill send one. I have two of them sitting on my toolbox I built. $70 for these is a joke. I work in a plant that makes diodes resistors and thermistors for all applications especially automotive. Everytime I see these selling and people buying them I laugh.

Look, at the top of their home page they say "Proven Dyno Results". So ask for a copy of those results on a truck JUST like yours and see what they come back with.

I emailed them to provide me with the dyno results...we'll see what they come back with. But yeah, it does sound like a glorified power wire!

I doubt it is really that. It is really probably what nussdawg395 said, which is a chip (kinda like an (EPROM) chip and in a cheap plastic box. If it is ask them what they use to program with and what changes are made in the programming to give this "power"

See what answer you get then. I know because Ive played these same games with these same type people.

I got their response...

We will see 30-35 HP and 3-4 MPG.

Thank you!

Really? Where's the dyno to back it up? I can say that I get 100HP from a flame sticker, but I won't!! I emailed him back ask to show the ACTUAL dyno results for that gain.

Even so, if you get it, doesn't do what they say (which it WON'T by the way), try and return it ... Get a tuner/programmer like these guys say. The SuperChips is nice as it does real time logging, etc. So it's more than a tuner, it's a code reader and real time logger, too.

I replied to his email seeing if he can provide me with a dyno test result. He said he would see what he could find. I doubt very much he'll respond.
