Don't put too much stock into the views as most are likely guests that cannot post.
Only you can spend your own money, but I would reccomend a Superchips Flashpaq as long as the trans tuning supports your year??? It's hands down...awesome. Best mod for under $300. Ohh, they are running a special as well. $25 off until Dec 12 I believe? The custom up/down partial throttle shifts and Torque management control are freakin awesome.

Kinda depends on what you want. If you want to make the engine breathe easier and get a tad more pickup and don't worry about how flashy your car looks, then do ^^^ and get a CAI and exhaust.

If you want the exterior to look nice, a leveling kit would be a good start, and some new wheels would put you at $1000.

If you want to upgrade the interior, you could get some nice new speakers and a head unit for $1000.

New tires would take up about all the $1000 if you get nice tires like toyo's or nittos. If I were you, I'd try the leveling kit and rims. Just my opinion. You can get 2" Leveling Coil Spacers for about $80 on autoanything.com and for wheels you can look at tirerack.com where you can "view it on your vehicle" or look on 4wheelparts.com

Let us know what you do!

If I were you, since you don't have all that 4x4 additional weight, I'd go with that superchips flashpaqs (or cortex, what I would rather take based on ratings), Volant or K&N CAI, and an exhaust. That'd be pretty sweet...you'd be haulin a$$ (not that that hemi doesn't already lol)

Absolutely no difference between the flashpaq 3865 and the Cortex 3950 other than looks and warranty. Warranty is void once you download the trans upgrade so it's all about looks after that. I payed $50 for looks myself. Well, the Cortex does dupport more vehicles I believe, but I'm comparing what the differences are for the Ram.

I would say that $300 for a CAI is by far the worse mod dollar for dollar spent on these trucks. Slap in a K&N filter or any higher breathing filter and it will be the same gains as going all out on redesigned plastic. I waited until i found a used Airraid intake tube for $50 on Ebay, but no way was I paying $120 they get new for them. The Hemi hat is not as restrictable as guys say. If the CAI's were giving huge gains, eall the big manufacturers would have dyno sheets proving such. I've yet to see dyno sheets on a CAI.
Either make your own out of PVc or slap in a K&N.

I forgot to mention...I have 2 10" subs if your going audio? Great deal...PM me.

If tires are in your near future anyway??? not sure how much tread you have left...but I would say depending on how you use your vehicle...a new set of shoes might not be a bad idea. Do your homework though and shop around because the right deal will come up. Depending on what tire you go w/...you may still have enough leftover to go towards the superchips. Good luck I wish I had an extra grand to throw at the truck now!

I agree with everyone on the point that it's your $$$, do whatever feels right.

Personally, I'd level it($80), get some used rims and tires off of craigslist(Dunno, so figure 5-700 after you sell yours? Depends on rim and tire size obviously.), toss a K&N filter in it(50-60), then dual the exhaust so it sounds decent(300?).

$1000+-, and you'll have a whole new truck. Post some pics as you go.

Some window tint would look good, lol. The front windows look mighty clear.
