I'm in the same boat as the OP...I want to put a 2-way in my 06. Just from looking around, I think when I get around to it, I'll mount it in front of the center bench. There are 2 bolts there, I'd have to make a bracket to use them. I'm not sure what to do with the antenna yet, as I don't really want to be drilling any holes for it.

 

I've got my two way radio velcroed to the floor.

i took my cobra out but i just had it laying on the floor didn't want to drill any holes if i put it back in tho i will probably stick it in the lower center console hopefully it fits

 

Ive been runnnin into this issue too and thought about just setting the radio under my seat and run all the wires to that point..so it would be out of the way and would not have to drill any holes either..what you guys think?

Dont have the center console like you do..i got the flip down cupholder so that wouldnt work for me..
