Default Y-pipe question

Hey, so I have an 04qc with the 4.7 and I found a y-pipe on autoamything for a good price. When I go to buy its gives me an option of choosing the inlet and outlet size. My question is which do I choose. I plan on keeping the stock headers.

Hope that link works since I'm on the cell. Thanks for the help and feel free to throw out an opinion on a "lil louder than stock muffler" thanks again

Y keep the Y pipe ?
Y pipe is not going to balance out the ex as the ex pipe of the manifolds is not equal to begin with, adding a after market y pipe and keeping a stock muffler, or cat back will not give you the same increase in h/p or torque that a true dual will give you.

Well what im planning on doing is replacing the Y with the magnaflow one, then from there back run the exhaust the stock route but with 1in. larger diameter piping and a magnaflow muffler

I'm not sure that the 4.7 runs the same diameter exhaust as the Hemi. But if'n it were me I'd climb underneath my truck with a tape measure anyway before I'd ask other people what diameter MY pipe is.... Just sayin'...

I actually have a magnaflow y-pipe that I put on, and then got taken back out. I lost WAY to much low end without the restriction it put in. Huge difference with my exhaust setup

Just get down and measure it, I dont remember what mine was but mine is different after the Y
