the fenders measure 60in and the tires were only 12.50s now there 42 14.50

ill try to get some next to my dads truck sometime this week he drives a 3500 4x4 and it measures 18" taller in the front

SO are you keeping the same transmission and adding a transfer case? then I am guessing custom front and rear drive shafts...
Man I wish I had the skills to pull something like this off.

dang. my buddy did one on his old truck and has michelin military tires on his. but yours probly looks better than his driving on the road cause your tires are closer to the fender wells and his look a little to small(to keep it kinda close to being street legal). untill he gets bigger ones.
