Looks clean.
One thing i would like to mention and reccomend.... Do a coolant flush. The 4.7L's are known to overheat and have radiator problems, so before you have those problems I would highly reccomend doing a flush. Take it to a quicklube and have them hook it up to their machine. It's the best and easiest way! Beside's, coolant is due every 50kmi anyways.
Ofcourse the other maintenace procedures that should be done are the transmission fluid(due every 60kmi) and make sure the rear diff fluid is fresh as well(due every 15-30kmi)
If your not sure if anything has been done, take it as it hasn't and get them done! Essential for longevity!!
I'd do preventative/normal maintenance before a paint job.

about a month after i got the truck i put a new radiator in it and thermostat and i flushed the system at the same time. i know the people i bought it from and they had all the paperwork on what they have done. im do for another tranny flush in about 15000miles, the rear diff was done right before i got it. really the only thing i know i need to do that i haven't already done is put some rear brake pads on it there getting a little thin lol and it probably wouldn't hurt for me to do a power steering flush also.
but i already had planned on doing the maintenance prior to the paint job and thanks i didn't know the 4.7L had a overheating problem
