got my truck back the following sat.,dealer charged me 120.00 for new plugs, mechanical plan covered the rest. drove it 10 days and noticed an oil leak under the front cover, took it back, they told me it would be 285.00, i told them they were insane,i never had any oil before the repair, after complaining to the service manager, they ate the cost, fixed it and as of today, everythings seems back to normal.

So overall, all the issue was were spark plugs that were bad and needed to be replaced?

Plugs were not bad, dealer stated that bosch dual electrode plugs were in it and that they would not warranty the repair unless factory plugs were in it.Guess the original owner put these plugs in and never had issues,I mean in all fairness the truck ran smooth.Never really got any definitive reason why this happenedJust glad its over
