The LTZ is generally regarded as a hybrid tire between a highway and an all-terrain tire whereas a Toyo A/T is a true all-terrain tire.
As a general rule of thumb, that would mean a little longer life, and better pavement manners from the LTZ. Price should also be a good bit cheaper on the LTZ, especially in 20" flavor.
The Toyo is however generally considered one of the better A/Ts on the market and has a solid reputation for street manners and longevity.
You really can't go too wrong with either. IMO for more street use, choose the LTZs, if you want a little better trail tire, then opt for the Toyo...
