Bob's a pretty honest guy, if he TELLS you something, 99 times out of 100 he's true to what he said. Problem is, he's had issues, both business and personal and in many cases guys have had to wait forever for stuff and have not been able to get an email reply or a call back.
He is a middle man and can't be working on much margin, cause for the most part it's damn near impossible to find a better deal.
However, if I was placing an order, I'd CALL rather than place it over the internet and talk to Bob directly. If he verbally gave me a ship date, I'd be alright with placing an order.
It's really sad that Moe's is getting a bad reputation, even though for the most part it's their own doing. I've seen places he's had drop ship orders screw up and seen Bob bend over backwards to make things right. We have a member here who ordered an E-Fan kit and broke the temp probe during installation. He got ahold of Bob to get a new probe, even volunteered that it was his own fault and broke it trying to force it in. Bob got a new one from the manufacturer and over-nighted it, AT NO COST. If nothing else, he needs to hire someone whose sole job is just getting back to people...

They are very hard to get a hold of. I emailed and called them for several days straight just to cancel an order for a 180 thermostat because I couldn't wait any longer. I am a little spoiled because of dealing with amazon all the time, but I at least thought I could get someone on the phone.
I hope it works out for you! New gears are exciting, I can't wait to do mine.
