Default Torsion bar adjustment

I have a 2007 dodge ram big horn edition and I want to adjust the torsion bars to level out the truck. It's already pretty level I only need to raise the front end a couple of inches or so, but I have a couple of questions.

1) Am I able to adjust the torsion bars this much without buying any extra parts?
2) Do I need to realign the tires after I adjust the torsion bars?

Any other points would be much appreciated!! Thanks!!

If it is already leveled then why do you want to lift it more?

Is this a 4wd? Because there is a certain point where CV joint angle becomes an issue.

You must always get an alignment after making adjustments to the suspension

It don't matter if it's a 4x2 or a 4x4, if it's an '07 it's coil over. YOU HAVE NO TORSION BARS...
