Good call. I'll take care of that before I start blinding people.

Question...Ive been thinking about installing 3/4 ton rear leaf springs on my 1500 just for more load capacity... Has anyone done this or will the leaf springs even line up? Also, how much is it going to lift the rear end up?

I'd add a set of "helper" springs from AutoZone for about $30. I used them on my old 92 GMC truck with great results.

On the other hand, I haven't found a load that my truck needed help with yet. This is with 1700 lbs of slatwall in the bed:

That actually dont look too bad with that much weight. Whats the load capacity between the 1/2 ton vs 3/4 ton leaf springs and is there any height advantage. Im going to put a 2" leveling kit on and Id like to give up the rear a little bit as well.
