Don't feel bad man something may have really happened. My buddy went thru something like this on ebay like two years ago. He was buying a phone from a guy, sent money, guy emailed him said will be a few days because of health problems blah blah blah a month later still no phone he filed reports thru ebay then got an email from the guy, guess it was his kid saying the seller died from heart attack and the kid refunded him his money.

 

I'm hoping its not something like that but its either that or the guy conned me, weed any other contact info?

 

I havent found anything but have you filed a PP dispute? If not you certainly need to. Did you pay with funds from your PP account or have funds pulled from your credit or debit card through PP? If so and if PP doesnt want to help then file it through your bank.
