I'd give him another week to see if he shows his face, but maybe you should try to file a paypal dispute? You have 60days to file and must wait 10days after sending money. Your able to try atleast.

Sorry guys out of town for a few days i did file a pay pal dispute, still waiting on that and now it wasn't a scam guy seemed legit i mean kept in contact up till about two three weeks ago then just poof.
