I found my crazy noise. The heat shield for the gas tank was tapping/rubbing my driveshaft. I'm not sure how it came loose but it ripped off. A few things I had lying around the house to keep it away and bam, no noise

Wow, glad you found that before it came flying off on the highway!

Dont the rancho's with springs on them rattle against that lifts inner bucket? How much lift did you get with the use of both?

I cant see an 06-08 not having bucket slap with any big spacer. I went by a shop today and talked to a few guys and they are willing to install a quicklift for me on the cheap, so Im thinking of doing that.

I dont know what you mean by ranchos with coils on them as coilover struts/shocks wont work on the front without major modification. Although, it would be worth it to get rid of the spring bucket and weld in a few mounts for them

yh I considered getting the rancho coil-overs but it was really an option as matt99 stated. I have some rattling on the passenger side but I don't know what it is exactly I've taken it to a mechanic and they couldn't find anything either.
