Default Prerunner starting out! 3rd gen conversion with 37" deep dish

Greetings fellas. This is my first contribution... not sure it's worthy of much.

So I have a 2005 Ram 1500. Can't stand the stock look so I made some changes.

Purchased the Glassworks prerunner fender flares for the front, 06-08 model, which started my 3rd gen conversiona. $635 shipped to my door. Mounted up easily enough, large gap on left side and super tight on the right but not much I thought I could do about it.

Picked up a set of 37x12.5 nitto trail grapplers, had them mounted on fuel hostage 20x12 with -44 offset. Absolutely NO lift on this truck, but the fenders allow for up to a 37" with a leveling kit. I don't have the leveling kit I had to cut the pinch weld down flush with the cab on both sides and trim the fiberglass! It's SUPER tight, about 1/4" gap at full lock so I will do a little torsion bar crank action tomorrow.

Oh.. and I just finished a new paint job. Went from silver to Satin Black!!

Here's the pics.

Looks good! I like the paint job and the fenders. Is this truck really gonna be used as a prerunner or just a show truck?

Man, i say you go for a fully fabbed suspension with 25" of travel and a bed cage four linked. Then video it 3 wheeling in a parking lot.

awesome. Thats kinda the look Im going for. I think a light bar or ADD bumper will help mine out a bit but those fenders look good.

May i ask why you bought the 06-08 style instead of the 03-05 style bumper?
its from glassworksunlimited.com right?
and how much did the paint job cost, and what kind of paint is it.
