Teaser pic for you guys

This has been a big off and on project. I actually decided to stop and redo everything. I've got a new sheet of MDF sitting here and waiting but I've started so many other projects it isn't even funny. I just finished replacing the engine in one of my bikes and got another stripped to the frame getting prepped for powder coating. I've got another cam here waiting to go in and as I type this, I'm in the shop trying to finish some custom piece for other guys that need to ship out tomorrow. Just not enough time to do everything I want to do
But eventually I will get this finished

Looks great but I am not sure how much you work with fiberglass audio stuff but for get the Bondo filler crap, The resin for FG is ok but the check out and use Evercoat Rage Gold
Way easier to work with and in very easy to sand and cut the work time down..

Then to make it easier to make and cut time, get the sides, front, back and braces cut, then stretch cloth and resin it and fiberglass it. That way it will give u a better surface to work with and less sanding and filling. Don't do the MDF with relief cuts. Good job though, that was a crap load of work...If you want help I'd be happy to as I have over 8 yrs of custom audio install exp.
I just picked up my first Ram 1500 and will have questions for you about hardware modding.....

That's easy to say if you haven't even done one or worked with molding anything or glassing it in place. The material itself is not cheap. Glass mat and resin, fillers, primers, paints, clear coats, building the frame, securing the docking station, the tools, ect.
It can all add up quick. Is it do-able? Sure. Will it be right the first time? Likely jot because if you're aren't experienced, then it's a learning curve. Being you learn things along the way, after all is said and done you then realize how you should have done it a different way or don't like how it turned out.
