if it's not leaking there is only one place other than the radiator for it to go. I would be checking your oil sounds like a leaking head gasket.

If the radiator is full, you fill the jug to cold, and then it's empty with nothing leaking on the ground 1 of 2 things happened. Either you had air in your cooling system or it going into the oil. How many times have you filled the jug to cold and then it's empy with none leaking on the ground?

It should be at least 1/2 way full when cold.

Any white smoke out of the exhaust? It doesn't necassarily have to go into the oil for a leaking head gasket, depending where its leaking from it could be burning out of the exhaust. How often are you having to refill? After each trip? Is your water pump leaking while the engine is running? When hot it could be leaking and everything evaporating from the heat before you check it. Look for white residue in the lower fan shroud.

With it disappearing that fast you would have noticed a milkshake in your oil or white smoke out of the tailpipe. Antifreeze leaves a white residue when it dries so keep your eyes peeled for that. With it going missing like that it certainly isn't evaporating, and if its not being mixed with the oil or burnt out the exhaust there's got to be evidence somewhere. These trucks also have crappy degas bottles (rad jug), make sure yours isn't split somewhere at the bottom.
