i've put clear nail polish on the scratches that are to the metal to prevent rusting haha ... i really do not have the money to fix it right now so i'll probably just leave it until i'm ready to upgrade one day ...... i have not plans for this truck anyways (its not worth putting money into, just a v6) but it was my very first truck that i bought and have paid for with all of my money, is 100% mine. so i like to keep it perfect as i can even though i dont want to fix it up. it still looks pretty and shiny while being stock, lol

DAMN.
I know I flipped out when my dad's truck came home with a giant dent from a brick.
Yes, a brick was thrown at truck.

Does your insurance cover vandalism? Ours does and my dad lost his truck for a week....body shop had to re-skin and paint the entire door, couldn't just pull the dent.

I'm sorry this happened dude. Just wait a while before getting it repainted though....lol

My 03 Ram was parked way out when I was at a country bar one night, and some drunkards tried for no apparent reason to try to pick up a huge tree stump and throw it in my bed. I guess they didn't make it all the say and the stump left a nice fat dent in my rear quarter panel. As if that wasn't enough, they then picked up rocks and randomly threw them at my truck. The Hood, drivers fender, drivers door, pass door, and bed all had to have body work and the entire truck repainted/blended. When I came out from the bar I was sooo pissed I didn't even know what to do. Vandalism pisses me off when for no reason. I have no enemy's that I know of, and If I do, I would rather them confront me than throw rocks at my truck that I paid a lot of $$$ for and try my best to keep in good condition. My insurance covered it luckily but I still had to pay $500 deductible... Still pisses me off just thinking about it.

i could not agree more.

well i've decided that i'm going to save up enough money to get it repaired, and then some.

may have them color match the front chrome part of the grill while they are at it, and also color match the chrome part of the rear bumper.

@bgbluram2 - is that an OEM front bumper on your truck? i love it .

Damn man. I have alot of damage like your first pic because i drove my truck to high school and now college and no one seems to know how to drive. But that second pic of damage pisses me off seeing it on your truck. Everytime i see someone cause damage to another car i always make them aware that i saw it and i wasnt going to let them out of my sight until they leave a note. People just have no respect anymore.

get in touch with your insurance agent, depending on your insurance coverage they may wave your deductable since you were not in your truck at the time. Also alot of body shops will help with your deductable because they want your business, don't be afraid to ask.
