i have been thinking about installing a cold air intake for my 3.7 v6 ram 1500, is this a good upgrade? Any other ideas for increasing horsepower?

 

You can do a few things, most of which I've done to mine and they're listed in my sig. The cold air intake isn't a bad one so long as you don't pay more than $150 for one.

 

I had a v6 03 before I got my 05 hemi. I had a cold air intake( k&n) msd ignition and coil pks as well as e3 diamond plugs and true duel exhaust. It ran good and I thought it was a pretty fast truck until I got my hemi!! Lol both reg cab short beds...,
