I am going with Weed on this one, but I have to admit that is pretty SWEET.

 

I know its different (shorter exhaust, no cat) but my fourwheeler exhaust shoots a blue flame out without the spark arrestor in. Its pretty cool at night. I believe its the aluminum packing emitting aluminum dust, I know some metal dust glows different colors.
