13's on motor is do-able just go look at some of the times over on DT. to do it with heads and a cam may be pretty wishful thinking though. the 03's have a tougher time running the more aggressive cams because of the tuning limitations. I am guessing your looking at heads, cam, gears, converter. There are guys running 12's in quad cabs, 13's should be somewhat easy (i didn't say cheap though)

Don't really have much to report with mine which is why i cant wait to hear yours LOL.
I rarely go over 70 so the truck is more of a 0-speed limit hole shot truck which she moves out pretty hard.
Unless you want to dress up the bay or you get a unbeatable price on a 6.1 conversion then i would just stick with the truck manifold.

My best -- with the intake & programmer -- is a 15.9, though my track always has been a couple of tenths slower than Norwalk (raced @ the DSM Shootout there every year from 96-00). I can't imagine taking almost 3 full seconds off that without forced induction.
As much as I like my truck I'd probably trade it on an SRT10 before spending that kind of cash on the Hemi!

talked to the inertia guy online today... Im probably going to do the crazy jay cam with performance heads. this will probably net me 80-100 horsepower to the wheels... and GET RID OF THE GOD DAMN TICK! He recommended that cam because i dont plan on doing anything about raising the stall. headers with a catless 3" exhaust, and a gear swap I bet money I can hit 13.99's
