I put a set of Hankook Dynapro ATM's on last Febuary with no complaints so far. They seem to be wearing well with no cupping or chopping (got 20K on 'em). They might be worth looking at.

I've had good luck with Yokohamas. When I had my '01 2500 diesel, I put 2 sets of Yokohama Geolanders on. The first set I got almost 70k out of them (sold the pickup shortly after putting on the 2nd set). I might've got more but I got lazy with keeping them rotated. You might want to look into these too, but I'm not sure if they even make the Geolanders in a 20'' tire.

My OEM Goodyears are at 52K and still have 1/4 tread. Since I am a 2wd, I will be going with the BFG Long Trail T/A. They worked well and lasted a very long time on my old 01 F150 4x4. Never got stuck in snow or anything else.

I'd keep an eye on them Hankooks, here's a very recent thread from a guy who has a set made in 2008 that are literally falling apart on him:

and this is very indicative of the issues a couple of guys in my hunting club who bought them have had...

My Grand Cherokee had the Long Trails on it when I bought it, they were brand spankin' new, the PO must have put new meats on it just to sell it.

They wore great, not a hint of wear in almost three years and about 24k miles, nice ride, quiet BUT I swear if I rode over a duck feather, the quill would puncture them.
Five plugs in the time they were on the Jeep, the final straw (literally) was when I crossed a picked cotton field at the farm to fish the pond behind it and a dried cotton stalk gave me a flat. Did the lift/shocks/terra grapplers not a week after that.
Incidentally, the Terra Grapps have been on a little over two years now, I go the same places and primarily do the same things, have had to pull an occasional screw from the tread, but NEVER has one punctured all the way through. I've not installed a single plug as of yet...

Nitto terra grappler or Cooper Zeon LTZ? Which would you guys recommend? 80% highway 20% off road, hunting. Basically the same price from what I have seen.
