Default LSD and ASD !!

Hi all , my 2006 ram build sheet says that its equipped with Anti Spin Diff. and on my friend 2006 ram build sheet says that its equipped with Limited slip Diff. , is there any difference between the two ?

I think its a Different term but the same function.

Same thing. The name was changed to protect the guilty.

The Chrysler name for it is Anti-spin. Ford calls it Traction-Loc. GM used to call it Posi-traction. They just call it an automatic locking axle on the Chevy website now.
