Default 4.7l Hp and Tq ratings+towing (real world feedback)

Ok new to the 3rd gen section, I was wondering about the factory Hp and Tq rating for a 05 ram 4.7l. Also does it tow well, loads up to 4000lbs that is. I'm inquiring cause a friend of mine is looking to ditch his 01 blazer for a ram or chevy duramax cause he is need of a pickup now. He has found a good deal on a quad cab 1500 4x4 so I'm just trying to get some real world feedback. Thanks in advance!

Should tow 4K with not a lot of problems. If it has 3.92 gears, that would be even better.

Not sure of the power ratings for the 05.

Ok thanks guys, he just needs to tow his tools back and forth from school. Might tow his parents boat every now and then but its just a 18ft aluminum. I did a brief search for the power ratings on google, but everybody rounds the numbers and it gets rather irritating. Thanks for the responses, don't know what gears it has in it.
