NGK, Champion, Bosch.. all good brands out there just stay away from plugs with electrode materials that are not copper. For some reason above my knowledge level these trucks never seem to run well with platinum or iridium plugs. They come with copper plugs stock which is why the service intervals are so short (36k according to my manual). Stick with a material close to stock and you will be happy..
For my truck the stock were Bosch plugs so I went with those. NGK's are also a good choice. Never heard bad things about champion.

Well I did some research which is what I shouldve done before I posted but the stock champions are the best so my only question is, the stock champions are the "SPRE14MCC4", is that equivalent to the champion copper plugs #570 that you can buy at autozone or napa for $1.99ea?
