1) About 3 RWHP
2) maybe 1 RWHP
3) entirely depends on the tune, can be as high as about 20 RWHP
4) None, but better response and a better idle
5) You and based on actual dynos I've seen reported, you probably gave back most of what 1 & 3 got you.
6) None, but you won't have to clean the TB as often
7) Probably free'd up about 3-5 HP.
8) Richer mix might see 4-5 HP but will cost you 1/2 - 1 mpg.
9) Nada, but again there could be other benefits
10) see #7...

DON'T do the 6.1 cam, it's a high HP, low TQ cam and is poorly suited to a heavy truck, especially a QC 4x4. Most who did this back in the day either ended up going to a better suited after-market cam or went back to stock...

Thanks Hammer , so the TB spacer will let me waist HP ? i had to fit it coz of the mopar CAI it wont fit without it coz the pipe which fits on the TB is almost 90 degree and now the air filter is almost hitting the firewall near the place where u fill the AC gaz and i had to modify a heat-shield for it u can see it on this slide show i made when grounding the TB

You used a cai that's not meant for the truck. There's bound to be fitment issues there. As for numbers
1. 3-5
2. 3ish
3. Custom tuned pcm and tcm 20-25
4. 0
5. 0
6. 0
7. 3-5
8. 3-5
9. 0
10. 3ish

Now when you combine the mods listed together total you're more than likely looking around a 40 or so HP increase.

Now drivetrain loss, take 28% of that increase and subtract that from the gain and get your rwhp

There is some gain there but not worth doing as its nothing you'll ever feel on the butt dyno

yes i wanted this CAI coz i wanted the air filter to be in higher place and more protected than the other CAI'S coz i go off road and sometimes there is water crossing
