Coopers Zeon LTZ or Discoverer A/T3
I am getting ready to purchase new tires in about a month and I have narrowed it down to these two choices. Before purchasing the tires(275/60/20) I am going to price 17" rims and possibly go with rims and tires. I haven't looked into the price of the combination of rims and tires as compared to just the 20" tires but I think the price would be relatively close. But regardless of the set up I go with I will be buying one of the two previously mentioned tires and would really like you guys input.
Both great tires. Depends on your intended use. For mostly pavement with just a bit of very mild off-roading, the ZEONs are a great choice, if you lean more toward off-road use, then I'd go A/T3...
I have the a/t3's.. if you do a search or dig there's a thread askin about tires and I posted a pretty good review of what I've found with these tires.. Had them about a month now and extremely happy with them. I'd post the link but I'm omw to bed just postin real fast

^^Dang... $700 for a set of Zeon's... sure wish i was closer to fleet farm. Cheapest I can find them around my parts is a shade over $800 before install.
I am also debating between the Zeon's and the AT3's. I was all set on the Zeon's then they came out with the AT3's. I like the look of the Zeon's, they have deeper tread, and there are lots of positive reviews on them. On the other hand the AT3's seem to get good reviews, but you just don't see to many reviews past the 1 day to 1 week time frame. Also the mileage warranty on those AT3's does look appealing.... hummm

The AT3s are the FIRST Cooper labeled tire engineered by the Mickey Thompson/Dick Cepek team that came over when Cooper acquired them. You ALL know my tires of choice for the past 12 years or so.

Not that the Zeons are a bad tire at all, a damn good one actually, but I know which one I'd choose...
