Should be a wiring harness behind one of the fog light holes. Now the fun part is after you install them and hook everything up, they probably still won't work. You'll have to visit a dealer with the Chrysler StarScan Tool who must then "enable" them in the PCM. Fun, Fun...

There is one behind the bumper that is a sensor for the outside air temp, could be you stumbled onto that. I've not seen one yet that didn't have the wiring harness, but I haven't been into/under a 6 cyl., RC 4x2 either. Might be the more base type models don't have the harness, wouldn't surprise me.

It'd be interesting to know if you have the cab light harness in the passenger pillar too, for informational purposes...

If you find you need the harness, they are all over ebay for about a third of what the dealers get.

Example:

But if'n it was me, I'd just get me a set of lights that fit in the hole and wire them up with a separate switch, unless you really want the all inclusive factory light switch. But you'll spend a mint between the harness and the Mopar Fog Light Kit with the replacement light switch...

Ah, I actually have my off-road lights wired up to the fog light relay, I never use the fogs so they both come on now when I hit the factory fog light switch.

You can still utilize the fog light relay instead of having to put the one in that comes with the Hellas, the only issue is you can forget using the fog switch to turn them off/on without that trip to the dealer to enable the switch in the PCM.

As you can see, even the factory Mopar kit needs you to goto the dealer so they can soak you $100 to hook up the StarScan and change ONE lousy light setting:

NOTE THE NOTE IN THE AD!!!

I have a full DIY on adding the lights in the FAQ section if you need any info on the wiring. I don't follow the Hella instructions because their wiring diagram has you being all on-road legal and has you tapping the high beam wire so the Hellas shut off when hit the high beams. Screw that, blind 'em all!!! LOL...
