Other options include going with monroe coil-overs in the rear. I think they are called "load master" or something like that. they will give you an inch or so of lift in the rear, and help with sag during towing, and you don't have to worry about airing up or down any bags. Just another option to consider.

2.75" ? That's interesting cause I measured mine from the bottom of my rim to the wheel well and I'm only 1 3/4" off from level. Hmm,.. Maybe the 2500's don't rake as bad? Well needless to say I'm just gonna run with spacers like arctodus mentioned. Sorry, not trying to hijack this thread.

 

Yes 2500's and 4x4's naturally sit a little higher in the front than a 1500 2WD

 

I've seen 2500s that rake far worse than my 1500 ever did, and 4x4s that were just as bad or worse. I think it just depends on how it comes off the assembly line. Average for a 1500 4x2 is 2.75" though.

 

Id be more interested in those monroe load leveling shocks but cant seem to find them, do they still sell them

 

I've always found that about 2 1/4" is what it took to level a 3rd Gen, torsion front 4x4 anyway...

Dodge needs to work on their quality control then if it's just " depends on how it comes off the assembly line".

I've cranked the torsion bars on three different 4x4 IFS 3rd Gens, all about 2" because that's how far I'll go with them, if anybody wants more then they ask someone else to do it. I've installed one set of 2" leveling keys and in all four cases it was about 1/4" from being perfectly leveled...
