looking for an extra set of stock wheels to mount snow tires on. I dont know how valuable any of the rims are for rams.. and also is this the right bolt pattern for my 03? it looks the same.

ok now how about these? I can get these for like 150$ cheaper and drive a half hour to go get them and actually look at them before I buy them. Plus... I kinda like the way these ones look better.

They will fit. Sounds like a good deal to me, honestly. I don't know the going rate for stock rims sans tires, but I would venture it's more than $275. Hell, I'd pick them up for $275, myself, as I'm in the market for a set of cheap stock wheels, myself.
BTW, our lug spacing is 5x5.5, so any 17" or larger wheel should work if it has that spacing. As his ad says, '02-'12 play nice together. I'm not sure about 2nd gen, but I swear I've seen some 3rd gen with 2nd gen wheels, before. Could be mistaken, though.

2002 was the first 3rd gen model year for the 1500. I thought I've seen 2nd gen with 3rd gen wheels (or vice-versa, I forget). Therefore 2nd gen would be 5x5.5 spacing, too, no, though not all were 17"?
You probably have, dodge 1500 have had that bolt pattern since 1980, the only thing that changed was the lug nut size, in 02 they went from 1/2" to 9/16".
