thanks man, ill try the plasti-dip at first to get an idea then maybe paint it.

I got another idea to maybe paint the chrome around my grille white to match my truck, i am trying to get rid of all the chrome. do i just wet sand, primer, paint, and clear coat? i have never done anything like that. will that work?
