Those are the Hunter bars, there are a bunch of posts about them on here. Most like 'em, especially for the money. The tubing is thicker than a lot of the name brand pricier ones. About the only "issue" I've heard about are that the black powdercoat ones seem to develop a bit of surface rust around the welds and some guys have had to "touch them up" with some black spray paint after a year or two.

A guy on one of my Jeep based forums bought one and likes it:

I don't think you can go wrong for the money, like I said the only issue I've ever heard is the paint around the welds and guys just figure it's easier to touch it up than have to pay to ship the thing back.
I was toying with getting one for my Grand Cherokee and hacking it up to weld a front receiver mount on it. Didn't want to drop stupid money on a Westin (that has a lot thinner steel besides) to go cutting and welding on it. But my recent lay-off put that on hold.
I think you'll like it...

That looks really good on that Jeep.
Just keep in mind, the "bull bar" is not a structural piece and will not help your bumper except for in very low speed scenarios (I would venture a guess around 5mph max).
They are essentially bars to hold up lights and add to the overall look of the vehicle.

while i worked at the chrysler dealership we used to sell and install the hunter running boards as a cheaper choice than mopar ones. we could sell them for about a third the price and i thought they were better quality than the mopars.
