Ridiculous, did it look like the package was damaged in shipping or you think they were bad from manufacturer? either way, kind of a kick in the knutzes.

Did UPS ship them? those guys seem horrible with handling packages. It's bad enough how roughed up they get in the warehouses and sorting facilities but even the deliver drivers are bad, just check out youtube vids. I've had bad luck with UPS and heard first hand horror stories about them.
Hopefully Amazon or the seller will take care of the situation and get you some new ones fast (from FED-EX

Fedex is just as bad, if not worse. Videos are rolling around on both UPS and Fedex mishandling packages. That sucks about your headlights, good luck with exchanging them for new ones.

I work do outbound shipping for penske, we run whirlpool's distribution center in clyde OH. at any given time theres over 400,000 washing machines in our warehouse. 99.98% of those units never get damaged from the time they come over on the line till the time we put them in a trailer. And... if they do get damaged, we dont ship them. Most warehouses are the same way. This is why I usually blame damaged packages on the delivery company.
