Default Oil Breather

I searched the forum, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I know a few members here removed the breather hose and put a mini filter on the filler neck. Could someone possibly post some pics on that? I would like to do that to my truck, i just want to get a good look at it before I attempt to do this.

TIA

I don't have one. Actually have a pretty, chrome catch-can sitting in the garage I've been too lazy to install. But I've made probably a dozen CAIs for guys who opted for the mini-filter.
Here's one I made for a guy who was a member here for a long time, haven't heard from him in about a year now. Wonder if he still has his truck???

You can see mine peeking out from under my CAI here, but it's kinda difficult to see. I'll try and snap a new pic of it when I install my e-fan. Basically, you remove the hose, and clamp the filter directly onto the outlet. Takes maybe 2 minutes, 5 max.

Mine was, but regardless of engine type, it's the same filter and process.

Yep, was the first pick I could find. Well actually I found another I made for a former moderator here, but you couldn't see the filter quite as good and it's a 4.7 also.

Same principle on a Hemi, just the tube is in a different spot...
