i tried to flash it and that didnt work. So i found a company that rebuilds them. I ordered a new one for $400 ,i believe, put it on and sent them the old one. I was having the same issues everybody else seems to was replacing sensors, cleaning the TB, looking at the apps all to no avail. The pcm swap has at a minimum kept it at bay for a year lol. It was an easy swap its on the passenger side firewall right next to the valve cover.

Maybe pull a plug in each cylinder and see if they are all looking rich/lean or just one. If you can isolate it to particular cylinder try swapping coils/wires/plugs/injector to see if problem follows. My problem was fuel pump worn out and contamination (rust) in the fuel rail. It was only acting up under load (fuel starvation). Fuel pressure was still in spec with truck shut off or ideling. Only dropped when pulling a hill or heavy accelleration.
