Gotta watch them HIDs, a LOT of local communities are starting to pass regulations against them (or rather a "brightness limit"). I know the town in Georgia where I am from has such an ordinance and the PD carries a card they put in front of your headlights and if the light shows through, you get popped with a fine and must show compliance within a certain number of days.

I'm afraid more and more places are going to go to similar regulations...

I've since taken this wire out as I wired my off-road lights to the fog light relay so my fog light switch turns on both the fogs and the off-road lights (I hate cutting the dash for switches because they never look "factory").

I tried an experiment in my Jeep in using a wireless relay which works GREAT, especially if you have the HomeLink feature as you can program an un-used button on that to turn on/off your lights. The other nice thing about the wireless relay is that you can operate your off-road lights with a key fob (included) from outside the vehicle, which is a HUGE advantage when you have to use your winch at night.

I've purchased one for the truck and when I install it, I'll re-connect the wire for high-beams and fogs again...

got a link for it? sounds like a good idea, i like it

My buddies and I all run HID's. My friend even has purple ones on his hummer. A cop even asked me where I got mine and said they look awesome. I even run them in my fog lights

Yes I do, but because it was on my Jeep, I posted it on a Jeep related forum. PM me and I'll give you the link...

I love the setup and I think it works great. I am glad I chose the Hellas, well worth the money.
