Default Suspension upgrades?

I want to add some suspension mods on my 06 4x4. I already have a rancho 4" lift what else should I add. I'm going to do 4.56 gears for sure. Also I'm trying to upgrade the suspension to be a lil better offroad. Please give me some input.

Sway bar as well, what kinds should I get on the tierods and swaybar and how would it help offroad performance? Sorry suspension isn't my area of expertise

Me either bud. These are just things I read about on here lol. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. I do know sway bars help with side to side movement so you don't roll over but I also hear alot of guys take them off to get better articulation. Hellswig and I think it's BellTech are some good brands I hear about often.

The Rancho kit came with larger, beefier Tie Rod Ends already, which unlike the stockers these have zircs! You need to be greasing them periodically.

BTW, if you don't know what a Tie Rod is, you have A LOT you need to learn about suspensions and vehicles in general.

MOST COMMONLY purchased aftermarket mod for more travel off-road would be quick-disconnects for the sway bar, but you could always just remove it.

BUT, if you are going to be off-roading hard enough to worry about disconnects for the sway bar then you REALLY need to learn more about your truck, like how to replace sh*t when it breaks. CV axles are gonna break, especially on lifted IFS trucks...

Id like to add a tad bit more lift. Would spindles work with the rancho?

Stacking suspension lifts is a no-no, but you can add a body lift...

Yea I thought it is a "no no" lol just thought I'd ask. I don't want a body lift I don't want that much lift and it's too expensive. I don't like body lifts.
