ya i thought about that, but i want to slam it and i could always convert it to 4x4 later and get better lockers and t/c for the track. i plan on this being a street strip truck. plus the initial cost for the 4x2 is quite a bit cheeper so i can dump the difference in the motor. but maybe you could perswade me other wize. i dont know much about the stock 4x4 and what all it can handell. plus i have seen full weight awd srt-8 jeep's boogie down the track. i love to see a proper awd launch. so we'll see.

I dunno over the five years I've been on this forum I think there are a lot more 4.7 owners who regret not getting a Hemi, but not getting a 4x4 would certainly rank #2 on the list...

I found 2 more hemi's at a local dealer I quite like

2008 Reg Cab Long Box - http://peterborough.kijiji.ca/c-cars...AdIdZ391207728
They want 16,900 canadian on the road for it

2006 Megacab - http://peterborough.kijiji.ca/c-cars...AdIdZ391062975
They want 17,900 on the road for it.

If I cant get one of those other 2 I posted I may get one of these, or are they rip off deals?

Don't forget that 1500 megacab is basically a rebaged 2500 just like the GM 1500HD. Might be more truck than you're looking for.

To me that's too high but I'm sure he's trying to get his money back for all those mods. I also wouldn't touch anything with that much mileage unless your prepared to start fixing little things every other weekend. Usually never anything major but a few hundred bucks here and there sure adds up. Been there done that.
