This is an interesting read:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_insurance

It's just some info on car insurance in various areas on planet earth. Worth a skim, at least.

Same here in Germany, Jareski. Here you have to at least have a minimum of Liability insurance. If I remember correctly, it was the same way in Missouri too when I lived there.

Ive never heard of one comin out all together. so my two main questions to you guys is are there rubber isolaters in those holes, and do i let the bottom arm droop all the way to the bumpstop and then adjust the torsion bar key to the same as the other side when i fix it? thanks guys
Don't know what's so funny, it's becuase people like you that I have to get Unisured motorist and pay more for it every month. If you were to hit my truck, now I have to pay my deductible out of pocket. Not trying to sound like a jerk but grow up and be responsible. Defintelty not cool!

You cant believe people like me? I cant believe people like you. this started as a nice thread then you had to go and screw it up.I have other vehicles with insurance, but i just wanted to get the dodge out that day, and you cant stop fate, if it was going to happen, it was going to happen, so do me a favor and never put your input in any of my thread, i have a sick dad and a mother with 3 boke ribs o take care of instead of wasting my time dealing with your ***.

Well no one forced or even asked you to join, and if you can't take a little criticism then don't log in. You say you can't afford anything yet you say you have other vehicles, sounds like you need to get your priorities straight. All in all, I'm still not the one driving around my loved ones with no insurance. And if the truth hurts your doing something wrong.

WHOA! No one called you anything at all...No reason to get bent out of shape...We were trying to be helpful and maybe prevent another mistake. All we were suggesting is getting any type of insurance, incase something happens further on down the road! I would hate to see something happen and you pay for it the rest of your life because you were uninsured. I guarentee that you would be in serious hot water had something god-forbid happen to either one of your parents (ie death).

Not trying to attack you Cully, but your missing the point. No matter how old your truck is, as soon as you drive on a road with other drivers, its not just your business anymore, it's theirs as well. As you said you can't always control what happens ( a tire blowout ) and your truck pulls hard right but this time into another driver, then what? I bought an old 77 Chevy pickup for $500 a few years back just for the reason of it was going to be my beater, but I did not even take it off the old owners driveway until I called my insurance company and added it to my policy. I'm so adamant about it because while on her way to work, a guy smashed into my Mom, totaling her car and had no insurance and very recently and drunk and uninsured driver just hit my Dad with my 6 year old son in the truck with him. Both drivers went to jail and both drivers lost their license for a year. Just think about it.
