Looking to get New programmer
Flashpaq 3865 and the Cortex 3950 will do the same thing. Cortex will just support more vehicle models and has a 2yr warranty IF you don't purchase the additional transmission tuning, which for towing....I HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING IT!!! World of difference!
Se my Sig for Superchips Compilation link I have provided. It's alot of info to take in but it's all there.
I have the Cortex 3950 because I like it's color/style better is all. With the Advanced trans tuning I'm able to tow much easier because my truck will stay in gear and shift when I want it to basically. Going up hill, it wont upshift with a steady foot like it did stock. It'll stay where its at(way I set it up). Also, when I want it to downshift, I dont need to floor it to do so. Minor pedal effort drops it down a gear, major pedal efffort will drop it down 2 gears depending on the speed I'm at.
