Right all the extra PVC where the threads meet has to add up to more

Got it all painted up still cant put it on im in a hold up process with my head gasket change.

How long of a section did you buy and how much did you cut off?

It's a 90 piece, you dont have to cut any off unless you want to. mine fit basically perfectly without cutting any off.

Exactly, They had two options at Home Depot for 3inch, this one shown and used by me and Ewing, and another with out the bigger opening, The one shown is 8 bucks the other was on sale for 5. They would both work great but kinda for looks i used the on Ewing did.

and i have a shorter filter than Ewing but mine is close to perfect

I love this! Im thinking im gonna do it soon. Whats the parts list? Just the pipe and the filter? I havent really looked into this much so i dont know that much about it

You would need the pipe, filter, a drill to make a hole for the IAT sensor and a grommet to hold the sensor in

Sounds easy enough! But i do have a few questions...

1. My engine bay looks dfferent than your guys?
