Default Truck Update!

Hey all,
It's been a while since I showed anything new on the Ram. The last time I posted it looked like this:

Well I just finished the Fabtech lift in the driveway. She's sitting 6 inches taller. Still has the leveling keys in, with 4 inch rear blocks and a 2 inch rear add a leaf, sitting on 35" trail grapplers, and 17" XD addicts:

I don't know who remembers my old post about bed supports, but the man I was directed to was uncooperative so I finally had a local shop fab me something: 2.5 inch angle iron with 45° support, (for looks really, the angle iron is enough)

I also had an inspiration for a design, based off of weedahoe:

That's about all I can think of. What do y'all think?

That is one bad *** truck. I remember your other posts, i like the fab work for stabilizing youve done. Great lookin tires too, love the truck. I like the jacked up offroad look, its sweet. Ever thought about bedlining your rockers? I think it wouls look good. Either way youve got yourself a bad azz truck, props.

Thanks guys!
Actually, my rockers are already line x'd, look closer. My whole front and rear bumper, step bars, and rockers were professionally sandblasted then bedlined XD

I'm working on building a skid plate for the drive shaft now:

My dad dropped the rear end of his 2012 2500 Cummins off of a 4 foot ledge and this is what happened:

Found a weak spot, and now I'm working on the fab fix. What do you guys think of the design?

Not too crazy about the intake but to each his own. The truck looks awesome though! I'm jealous

Fabtech is on the cheaper side of lift kits because it doesn't do a full subframe and there were alot of rumors going around a couple years ago that they were going bankrupt so replacement parts would be difficult to find but they were all just rumors. I like those bed supports too I forgot to mention

The skid plate for the drivetrain looks interesting, cool idea. I think the weak part in the design (no matter what you do) will be the corner where the bottom of the plate meets the sides, I would consider reinforcing it in that area. I like it though.

Nice. Post up post lift side shot on flat ground. I'm also considering a 6" fabtech and basically would like to get a visual of what it will look like.
