Can't decide if today is a good day
#31
Well it finally looks like the winter from he11 is finally coming to an end. At least I'll keep on telling myself that for a few weeks. We've had snow on the ground here since mid October and much colder than normal temps ever since. The city doesn't plow residential roads until the ice/ruts build up to about 8-10" which they did about a month ago. It takes the crews about a month apparently to clear all the residential roads and most are finally done. This might seems crazy to anyone from out east but believe it or not they really don't know how to care for roads out here. Anyway, the roads are good, the car tires are aired up, the leather is heated, and time to gain about 15mpg for as long as I can. We had an early winter so let's hope we can have an early spring.
