2009 Overhead display install?
Hello,
I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500, (that I guess is the same as a 2008), and I don't have the overhead display thing that shows MPG and miles until empty.
I found part number 56049824AD on the dodge website that is the actual unit, but I assume I will need a new headliner and such too?
Would it just be easier to get a odb2 bluetooth adapter and get the MPG on my phone? Has anybody tried that?
Thanks!

Try searching a mobile app called Torque. There are others but you can buy an ELM327 blue tooth adapter and plug it into the OBDII port
I don't know what to say, I have a 2009, that is a 3rd gen. I was told the 2500s didn't go to 4th gen until 2010? Makes it super confusing to look for parts.
