Default Ouch says the wallet

I normally do ever let my truck get this low but I kept saying I was going to get some fuel and I kept getting distracted...........until the fuel light came on

Anyway, this is where the pump stopped me automatically and hell, I still had 7 more gallons to go!

I got the 26 Gal tank...I hate when the pump stops automatically...they set it to $75 here in GA at some places. My usual fill up when the light comes on is about $80 for premium. (yes I get spark knock if I don't use premium). What are you paying per gallon? I'm paying on average $3.50 a gal. of 93. 87 is on average $3.20/gal here.

You forget I am in GA also.

I only use 93 octane as that is what I am custom tuned for.

My wifes Mini and my bike all use 93 only.

thats not too bad. the 25 gallon tank in my ramcharger cost about $120 to fill using premium gas. $100 here would only get you about 21 gallons of premium gas.

do you have the 4.7? I'm curious what kind of mileage you get tuned for 93 and using 93.

I pay roughly $60 for half a tank of 89 octane, about 13 gallons. I never let it drop below half. My grandpa says its bad for the poor fuel pump in the dodges to starve them lower than an eighth of a tank.

We are at 99.9 for 87 gas in my town. There's a price war between two gas stations. Good for us! It's gone from 119.9 to 99.9 in 3 days.

Full tank (25 gallons(I'm guessing I had at least 1 gallon in the tank)) of 89 octane when i bought my truck ran me $132, so $5.28 per gallon in Canada.

Just be lucky you guys in America haven't hit that price yet. It's a killer.

the thing that really brings the price of gas up here is taxes. if you were to ad your local tax to what they pay south of the border you would get a number close to what you pay locally.
