There are 14 pins to desolder to remove the circuit board, then each switch has 4 large pins, 2 smaller pins and the tiny LED pins to desolder just to remove the built in green LED's.
This is half of the pins that need to be desoldered first.
One switch removed.
LEDs in place.
The SMD LEDs that I have yet to replace.
The single most important tool for doing a job like this. A Re-work station that sucks the solder through the soldering gun itself.
Be prepared to do some work to get this job done. I did discover aftyer the fact that you can take apart the switch, heat up and push the contact pins right through the board and out of the switch, which makes removal a LOT easier.
