BLUE....and purple.
I've been working on making my interior lighting blue and while it's still a work in progress and has a few flaws to work out I thought I would post up progress anyway.
Interior with floor lights. I used 2x 1996 Mercury Cougar floor light sockets and brackets to install these, then just stuck in a WLED bulb from super bright LEDs.
Passenger side installed.
Drivers side installed. A little harder to see, but you can see the bulb in the socket to the upper left.
Vent lights!!!!! These are actually UV, but the camera doesn't pick up the color properly. These are on when the parking lights are turned on. I used "Little Dot SMD Accept Lights" from super bright.
Master control panel....and rear door window switches. Passenger side is also done, you can sort of see it in the first image posted. I haven't done the mirror switch lights yet as they are SMD's and it took me a while to find the correct replacements and I also need to buy a better soldering iron to complete that job.
Cluster and climate controls. The bulb between 4 and 5 on the tach seems to be working intermittently. Same with the upper climate control bulb, so it looks a little dim there.
Now heres the problem with blue film on the shift indicator and odometer..... the O/D off light is on and so is my 4x4 indicator. They are BARELY visible at night and completely non-existant during the day.
That's where I'm at so far. I still have a few tweaks and fixes to make, but she's almost completely blue.

Sweet........I need to take out my climate controls bulbs and put new ones in.The bulbs to its far right are more than likely toast since it's real dim there.I ain't had time to do much lately though.I been working 60 hours a week so I'm in eat, sleep and work mode right now. This does gimme some ideas though since I have blue footwell lights in it already. What kinda bulbs went into your climate controls and from where did you get 'em?

For the climate controls I believe I used the NEO4-BHP from superbrightleds.com
For the cluster I used the NEO5-BHP bulbs but they need to be trimmed a bit. I think the NEO4 bulbs MIGHT also work in the cluster as well.
I need to get another one to put in the headlight switch as I didn't know it was illuminated when I bought the bulbs, then I took it out and saw an empty socket.
I'd be careful with the bulbs though as the NEO5 bulbs required adjustments on the contacts of almost all the bulbs to work correctly, and I think one of them is faulty, I think I also got another NEO4 that was faulty.
They said they would send me replacements, but they have yet to follow through with that.

Does this panel just pop off? I googled it but can't find much. And I'm hoping it just a 194 bulb, I have 4 LED 194 in the garage I'd like to swap into both doors.
The stock bulbs aren't bright enough on the power window switches.
EDIT: never mind, I found it on YouTube.
