i don't know how the newer engines look under the hood but i would guess on that ram everything above the heads got crushed. them aluminum intakes don't really take much to break. you could probably put a hammer head through one easily.
With a plastic intake and aluminum heads, there wasn't a whole lot to support all that weight when it was slammed on the ground. The engine is still there, just crushed down real good. Looks like the wheels and tires may be the only good things left
