do Window visors reduce wind noise?

I have the in channel Putco's. No noise difference with or without them.

i dont suggest the ones that go in the window channel. they broke that little plastic housing around the window motor cable on my jeep.

but no they dont reduce wind noise. but it does help with that percussion feeling when only one window is open

I've wondered about that. Reducing the clearance for the glass can't be a good thing.

I had them on my 04' and have them on my 08'. Never an issue. Look WAY better than the regular ones, they just look tacky.

They make more wind noise on mine. Sometimes you can tweak the door to make the top fit closer to the bofy. That's what bodyshops do.
