Spare tire question

And my exhaust is turned down right after the muffler so it's nowhere near the spare

He's saying if you have a rear blow out you would have to put the truck in 2WD and put a 35 from the front onto the rear and then the spare on the front so your rear diff doesn't explode. Although I'm not sure how that would go with a 4x4 since you have diffs in the front and rear

Ok that makes sense. And I may be wrong but I think my front diff isn't used at all unless its in 4wd so I don't think it'd cause stress to it.

No it's the limited slip rear diff that would be an issue. I don't have one in mine but I would still put the spare on and drive straight to a repair shop.

Gotcha so stock spare up front and front tire in back in case of rear blowout

Yes, if you have rear LSD - do you even know if you do? I don't on mine.
